Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy

I completely understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life, however, I hope you can understand that I need to balance that with my time being valuable and late cancellations and ‘no shows’ meaning that those who may be keen to get an appointment cannot be accommodated.
In light of this, I’ve had to adopt the following policies in order to be fair to all.

● In case of cancellation, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required so that I can offer the appointment to another client
● If you cancel less that 48 hours before your appointment there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of your treatment cost, except in exceptional circumstances. If your appointment is filled by another person, there will be no cancellation fee applied.
● If you cancel on the day of your appointment or fail to turn up, there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of your treatment cost, except in exceptional circumstances

If you arrive late for your appointment, I will endeavor to give you your full treatment, however, if I have clients booked in after your slot, I will have to finish at the allocated time.
I am very reasonable with regards to the reasons behind a cancellation or late arrival but hope that you can understand that I need to have rules in place for the benefit of all.
